Paul graduated with an Honours Degree from Trent Polytechnic (Nottingham Trent University) in 1990 before joining Sanderson Weatherall, Middlesbrough where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992 and became an Associate before moving to the Newcastle office as the firms youngest full partner in 1996. Paul become national property director for a High Street retailer in 1999 successfully rolling out a 200 store UK acquisition and development programme. In 2001 Paul became a Director with Lawson Hubbard Lowe Chartered Surveyors, Leeds moving on to establish Thomas : Stevenson. Paul deals with all aspects of commercial property advice with a focus on sales, lettings & acquisitions, valuations, property investment, property development and compulsory purchase.

Neil graduated with an Honours Degree from Newcastle Polytechnic (Northumbria University) in 1991 before joining Dodds Brown Commercial, Middlesbrough where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1994 and became an Associate in 1996. In 2000 Neil established Thomas & Carrigan Commercial Property Consultants with Tessa Carrigan now incorporated within Thomas : Stevenson. Neil deals with all aspects of commercial property advice with a focus on sales, lettings & acquisitions, valuations, rent reviews & lease renewals, property investment and compulsory purchase advice.

Richard graduated with an Honours Degree from Nottingham Trent University in 1995 and rejoined the Teesside office of Storey Sons and Parker, of which he had originally joined in 1990 before leaving to commence his degree.
Richard qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996 and was then promoted through Senior Surveyor, Associate and Senior Associate levels to become one of the youngest directors in 2008. He ultimately held responsibility for the running of the Teesside office.
Richard joined Thomas : Stevenson in 2014 and focuses on valuations, landlord and tenant matters (he is retained by Sainsburys to advise them on their portfolio of convenience stores in the north east), sales, lettings and acquisitions, property investment and compulsory purchase.
Lindsay graduated from The University of Manchester with an honours degree in Geography in 2005. She chose to join Thomas: Stevenson straight from college whilst also doing a Masters in Real Estate and Property Management at The University of Salford.
Lindsay deals with all aspects of property management and was highly involved with implementing a new fully integrated property management and accounting system. This has enabled Thomas: Stevension to grow the property management department significantly over the last few years.
Debra joined Thomas: Stevenson in November 2011 as our receptionist and admin after a long career with Stockton Borough Council. Debra is the first point of contact in the office to advise on current property availability, arrange viewings and to point enquiries in the right direction.
Mandy joined Thomas: Stevenson in 2012 to supplement the team in the growing management department. Having taken a career break to bring up her family, she is happy to be back in a customer focused role.
An entire career in service based industries has given Mandy a wealth of experience in dealing with people.
Morag joined Thomas Stevenson in 2015 to further supplement the property management team. Morag joined following a career in banking with NatWest Bank, during this she has built up a wealth of experience in a customer focus role dealing with businesses in the commercial banking division.
