We offer a pre-disposal valuation and marketing appraisal and following an initial inspection will advise on asking price / rental and other terms and likely values achievable. We also deal with the assignment of leasehold property.

Once a purchaser or tenant is found we negotiate the terms of the transaction, verify the financial status of the interested party and instruct solicitors to prepare the contract/lease documentation.
